Wicked Project Part C-Implementation

  1. Brian,

I thought that your change in your Wicked problem was a good one. I also think you could have a really successful program if the students use the Vyew program correctly. You should definitely consider modeling and training students how to use Vyew and how to use it properly. I would also suggest having a screening process to only have a select few student use it towards their NHS credit. You could even have them record their sessions using Jing to make sure that they are truly using Vyew for tutoring. Just a few suggestions!!

Also, I had a hard time hearing your podcast even with my volume and the player's volume all the way up. Just wanted to make sure you knew.

  2. Katy,

Thanks for your input I was thinking that as well. I did not know about the volume. I recorded directly to the podamatic podcast. i had some issues transferring audacity to mp3. I figured it out yesterday so hopefully it will sound better in the future.

  3. Brian,
I recorded a sound file using the simple recording program on my computer. I think uploaded the sound file to Podomatic and Podbean. Not sure if that is what makes the difference or your microphone placement.

  4. It is great you were able to help your peer out with one of his new problems. We always can have a feeling like we are alone. The student can go online at the library as well. There is still a use for the old school building. Good Luck.
